Regular pressure washing and making sure that the operator does not put the nozzle too close to the surface and a roll coat every 3 to 10 years is recommended depending on the usage to keep the rubber paving's finish looking new.
Yes to both! We recommend using plastic shovel and outfitting your snow blower with plastic stripping. Rubber paving is great in winter! Water does not pool easily on the surface since it is slightly porous and the textured surface makes it easier to scrape than concrete. It is safe to use salt or any de-icer products.
Yes! Rubber Paving is typically installed over solid base such as concrete, asphalt, brick, paving stones, or compacted crusher dust. Some applications requires proper base preparation.
If there are any rips, tears, stains, or damage, we can repair the damaged area by cutting it out and re-apply new rubber. We offer a 1-year warranty on installation and product and 5 years on cracking.

Most residential projects can be completed within one business day and upon completion, projects are open to foot traffic in 24 hours and drivable within 72 hours.
